Amel is a facilitator, experienced designer and a coach with over 15+ years of experience facilitating and coaching senior leaders and teams, developing their leadership, resilience, and their capacity to solve their most complex challenges and transform individual and collective mindsets and behaviors.
Her interventions typically focus on developing personal and collective leadership effectiveness and large-scale culture transformations. Amel’s interest in inclusion & leadership has developed over a non-linear career spanning different industries and countries, and never following a traditional path. She is dedicated to being a bridge between belief systems, cultures and sectors, and to inspiring and enabling people to be ‘good foregoers’
Amel is passionate about bringing the values of feminine leadership to organizations, to not only make them profitable but to make them truly agents of change. She is qualified as an accredited ICF coach and Transformation facilitator, having spoken at international & regional conferences on gender inclusion (WIL, WEP, UN Women) and the Regional Lead for Lean IN and Mentor at Aspire foundation and The LINK, which is a women to women mentorship platform.
