Dr Danny Mallonga
Dr. Danny Mallonga, joins Symmetra as a highly respected expert in diversity, inclusion, communication and conflict resolution. He has accumulated over 20 years experience as a mediator, professional coach and organizational development consultant working with corporates, non-profit organisations, government agencies and educational institutions across North America, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Europe.
Danny’s global experience has allowed him to design highly engaging programs and interventions for organizations to enhance inclusion, innovation, and performance. Applying his lived cross-cultural experience and broad knowledge of adult learning to individual, interpersonal, group, and organisational dynamics, Danny has conducted needs assessments, developed strategies, and run many programs and interventions on diversity and inclusion, change, conflict resolution and ethics.
During his career, Danny has worked for Columbia University’s International Center for Cooperation and Conflict Resolution (ICCCR) as the Program Director for over 10 years, as well as Adjunct Faculty in the Organisational Psychology Program. Notably, he has worked for the United Nations and many of its agencies, the World Bank, Prudential and the Global Fund .
