Jason is an AHRI Fellow and Masters-qualified strategic HR professional with extensive experience leading learning and OD teams to enhance organisational capability, increase value from learning & OD initiatives and create sustainable behavioural change for organisations. He is also an IECL accredited coach with experience of coaching over 500 leaders.
Jason brings an intercultural lens to his work, having begun his career in Malaysia and worked in projects across Europe, Middle East, South Asia, South East Asia, Greater China, Australia and New Zealand . His experience spans a range of industries such as technology, financial institutions, FMCG, UN, the public sector and Not-for-Profit for organisations including Unilever, Worley, World Food Program, Maersk, Sime Darby Group, City of Sydney, and others.
He possesses in-depth knowledge of learning analytics, assessments, leadership development, project, change and stakeholder management. His strengths in Strategic thinking, cultural change, leadership development, facilitation & coaching, employee engagement & surveys ensure he brings a holistic package to diversity and inclusion projects.
