
Philippa Campbell
Consultant
As a Consultant at Symmetra, Philippa brings over 20 years experience of diverse experience in business operations, project and program design and coordination, communication and engagement. She has worked extensively with C-Suite Leaders in a range of not-for-profit and research organisations supporting collaborative policy research and development in the intersections between communities, government and civil society. Philippa has previously worked at the Sydney Policy Lab, Centre for Social Impact, DVNSW, Rape and Domestic Violence Services Australia (RDVSA) and NextSense (RIDBC).
Her career started in Australian universities working with international student services, advocacy and policy, where she travelled and worked with diverse cultures and people, developing a keen interest in the lived experience of others – and she brings this curiosity to her client projects.
Philippa is passionate about empowering diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace and the wider global community. Her previous work has included advocacy for best practice within specialist domestic and family violence front-line services that support families experiencing violence and homelessness.
In her spare time, Philippa is an active volunteer in community programs working with refugees and people of colour. She enjoys spending time at the beach and is always on the lookout for the best ocean pool.
