Ty is passionate to remix the talent and culture of organisations to unlock the potential and impact of individuals, teams and organizations – in particular through the creation of inclusion and equity.
Ty began his career working for 10 years in international marketing and communications. During that time, he worked in the US, Japan, Australia and Hong Kong with clients such as McDonald’s, Chrysler, Coca-Cola, Disney, Shell and others. Since 2003, he has been working as a coach, advisor, designer and facilitator in the US, Germany and The Netherlands. He has extensive experience in leadership and team development, Inclusion and Diversity, culture change, employee experience and employee engagement. Ty has worked for Nike, Zalando, Converse and Mizuno and has partnered with clients such as L’Oreal, Suntory, Under Armour, Digital Realty, and KPN.
Ty has developed strategies and designed experiences and tools to develop leaders and improve the performance and dynamics of leadership teams. He also led work to define and shift cultures to be more inclusive, collaborative and innovative at the local, regional and global levels. He also worked with groups to improve the employee experience, focused on onboarding, the expat journey and career development.
He is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and Certified Team Performance Coach and completed the Organization Relationship System Coaching curriculum. He is certified in EQi-2.0®, Team Diagnostic™️ Assessment, Trust Edge, Booth 360 and experienced with Insights and MBTI.
