With a sound background in analytics, training and change management, Samantha brings a valuable skill set to the Symmetra team. She is well positioned to make a major contribution to Symmetra’s work in transforming culture and performance of our clients. Using an evidence-based approach to support findings and recommendations her style aligns strongly with Symmetra’s reputation for bringing empirical evidence to the table to drive the inclusion agenda.

Prior to joining Symmetra, Samantha gained extensive experience in large corporations across a range of industries including media, financial services, health, the government sector and energy, both in Australia and internationally. This exposure has  enabled her to develop strong commercial acumen, sharp stakeholder management capability in a variety of business contexts and insight into the nuances and dynamics  of our corporate clients  that might act as barriers to culture change.

Samantha pairs solid interpersonal and communications skills with her strong critical thinking and creative problem solving skills and all of this, combined with her passion for diversity and inclusion, positions her to deliver outstanding results whether consulting,  facilitating or coaching as a member of the Symmetra team.
