Inclusion Coaching

Symmetra’s one-on-one coaching with leaders aims to help them develop a deeper understanding of inclusive leadership, create insight into one’s strengths and blindspots, and then help them build the skills that they will find most useful in leading their diverse team, leveraging team members’ differences and championing diversity and inclusion in the organisation.

Coaching is often incorporated as part of our development programs to ensure that each participant is provided with a personal experience and challenged to meet individualised goals.

However, Symmetra also offers structured coaching programs which take a programmatic approach to individual inclusion development. In combination with the ILI Assessment we identify specific areas for development and then deliver a highly targeted program which allows the participant to learn, experiment and reflect on new inclusive behaviours in a safe environment.
