The latest evidence demonstrates that the collective innovation and problem solving ability of a diverse team of people is greater than homogenous teams of the highest performing individuals.
But the presence of diversity is not enough. To deliver innovation, organisations must shift their focus from having diversity or promoting feelings of inclusion towards the behaviours and conditions which allow diversity to drive innovative outcomes. This is known as Innoclusion™.
In this workshop, participants will learn about the pillars of Innoclusion™ and the behaviours which promote it:
- Creating a learning mindset
- Promoting inclusion
- Building psychological safety
- Counteracting unconscious bias
Without all the necessary pillars in place, organisations will not be positioned to leverage the full value that diversity, and especially diversity of thinking, has to offer.
If you are a non-DIAN member company, please register below and we will confirm your seat (or notify you that the session is full) within 6 weeks of the session.
