The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and agile individual to join our dynamic, global consulting team based in Australia, supporting the Asia Pacific Region. You will play a pivotal role in executing large and small transformation projects to build inclusive leaders, teams, and cultures, for a range of clients within the APAC region and globally. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with other individuals’ who share a deep passion for DEI.

Your key responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting the Account Directors, Principal Consultants and Managers with the management of client projects and relationships
  • Supporting the design and customisation of workshops, including research and consultation
  • Supporting the development and review of organisational DEI strategies and policies including research, consultation and report writing
  • Generating reports and analysing data to reflect on diversity objectives and continuous improvement
  • Supporting business development and marketing initiatives
  • Supporting the development of thought leadership content, and new products or services

About You

Required skills and experience:

  • Understanding of and strong passion for DEI, proven experience would be highly valued
  • Experience in a relevant field eg. management consulting, culture transformation, Organisational Development, Learning & Development or Human Resources
  • Experience with design or customisation of learning resources and assessment tools
  • Ability to deliver multiple projects, including the management of internal and external stakeholders to deliver excellent results 
  • Capability in qualitative and quantitative data analysis and report writing would be highly valued
