Heather Price

Heather began her career in South Africa in 1990, establishing a consultancy specialising in diversity and  inclusion and the dismantling of apartheid in the workplace which was nominated as one of the leading Human Resource consultancies in Southern Africa. She opened the doors of Symmetra in the Asia Pacific region in 2003 with its Head Office in Australia offering end to end solutions on D&I.

In recognition of her expertise she presents regularly at international conferences across the globe, sits on the Expert Panel which ratifies the Global Diversity and Inclusion Benchmark Tool, has numerous publications to her name, and has been invited to judge for best practice awards in D&I for Community Business across Asia and Women in Banking and Finance in Australia.

Heather’s international multidisciplinary team of experts has positioned Symmetra to provide a global consulting service to numerous blue- chip clients in both the private and public sector on embedding an inclusive workplace culture. Heather is engaged regularly to work locally and internationally with the C-suite on the Business imperative of Diversity & Inclusion, building Inclusive Leadership capability, Leading for purpose and performance,  Psychological Safety , Counteracting Unconscious Bias  and Racial Inclusion in the workplace. Utilising unique proprietary tools, process and content designed by Symmetra, Heather’s team of experts conduct diagnostics, advise on D&I best practice policy & strategy, and facilitate cutting edge and innovative blended learning solutions.

As a  very dynamic presenter, Heather is best known for her powerful delivery of keynote sessions on Driving Performance and Innovation through Inclusion – designed to obtain executive engagement in the D&I agenda by changing the way leaders think about D&I  from a social justice issue to a strategic business imperative. She has been called on to deliver these sessions in the US, UK, Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and Africa with a focus  on what inclusion looks like in the 21st century, how inclusion can be leveraged to build agile teams who can better respond to a rapidly changing marketplace and addressing the barriers that stand in the way of achieving this.

Victoria Whitaker

Victoria is a Partner in Risk Advisory at Deloitte, and brings 20 years of expertise in ethics, cultural integrity, and corporate responsibility. Throughout her career, Victoria has helped organisations in Australia and globally understand and address ethical challenges, minimize risks, maintain trust with stakeholders, and nature cultures that are high performing and risk intelligent. Victoria works across three portfolios at Deloitte grounded in responsible business practices, including risk culture, ethics & trust, and human rights.

Victoria’s consulting and commercial experience has seen her lead cross disciplinary teams predominantly servicing financial services, energy, industrials & resources, and government, amongst other sectors.
