Inclusive Leadership Index (ILI) Assessment

The Inclusive Leadership Index (ILI) Assessment is a sophisticated 360-degree diagnostic designed for senior leaders, which measures observable behaviours to provide a clear picture of inclusion strengths, weaknesses, and blind spots.

By measuring the level of inclusivity displayed by leaders, organisations will be better able to address bias, exclusion, and unequal or unfair treatment that some employees may be experiencing. The ILI also provides an objective and measurable KPI for inclusion.
