Meet Workplace Gender-Equality Requirements

Remove the guess work from Workplace Gender Equality Act reporting: data tools, ready-to-tailor policy frameworks and action-oriented leadership programmes make it simple to lodge accurate reports, ensure compliance, set targets and ignite gender-equality momentum across your workforce.

We provide an end-to-end solution that simplifies the process of WGEA reporting and then goes well beyond compliance to create lasting positive change across the organisation and truly leverage the value of gender diversity.

Why WGEA compliance matters

Reporting is mandatory
Every private-sector employer with 100 or more Australian employees must lodge a gender-equality report between 1 April and 31 May each year.

More employees, extra rules
From 2025-26, employers with 500 + staff must set and track progress against three gender-equality targets chosen from WGEA indicators.

Visibility is rising
WGEA publishes median pay-gap figures and a public list of non-compliant employers, exposing late or inaccurate reporters to reputational damage.

Opportunity is at stake
Organisations that fall off the compliance list can be locked out of Commonwealth tenders and other government funding.
  • Clumsy and onerous data ecosystem inhibits action

  • Leaders unsure how to translate strategic goals into day-to-day decisions

  • Talent systems (recruitment, promotion, succession) don’t challenge decision biases

  • Limited pipeline of women ready for senior roles

  • Allies not mobilised to challenge inequity in real time

Close Your Gender gaps

Addressing these gaps requires more than just meeting regulatory requirements. It means aligning leadership, culture, and talent systems to create an environment where gender equality can thrive. Focused action and practical support help organisations move beyond compliance towards sustainable progress.

How we help you hit—and exceed—your targets
