Inclusion Foundations can scale to hundreds of concurrent learners in a single cohort.

Spaced-Learning

Inclusion Foundations is broken into 2-week modules or “sprints” to give learners ample time to retain the information taught in the course and apply it to their daily lives.

Social Learning / Peer-to-peer Learning

The course facilitates social learning across four modules through peer-to-peer interactions such as forums, group activities, mentor Q&As, peer feedback, and live events.

Live Webinar Kick-off

Through course challenges, mini-assignments, and collaborative learning, participants will practice and reflect on their learning to embed new skills into everyday habits.

Practical Application

Inclusion Foundations is broken into 2-week modules or “sprints” to give learners ample time to retain the information taught in the course and apply it to their daily lives.

Course Content

Inclusion Foundations is an eight-week program consisting of four engaging modules that introduce the fundamentals of inclusive behavior, providing a baseline for launching your inclusive learning journey.

Within each module, learners will be introduced to two inclusion habits that can be implemented in their daily lives to create meaningful behavioural change.

Module 1:
Diverse Perspectives

Teaches participants how to value and leverage diversity of thought, emphasising ways to unlock the benefits of a more diverse workplace by breaking down silos through boundary-spanning.

Module 2:
Conscious Inclusion

Introduces the impact of unconscious bias and explores strategies for recognising and counteracting bias, enabling conscious decision-making and fostering high-quality decisions in your organisation.

Module 3:
Everyday Inclusion

Making decisions based on principles of equity, rather than false preconceptions, can reduce the risk of employee dissatisfaction and claims of discriminatory employment practices.

Module 4:
Inclusive Cultures

Examines how to create a workplace culture that fosters psychological safety, promoting respect and inclusion, through the behaviours proven to build high-performing teams.
Let us bring change in your organization

What Past Participants are Saying

“Inclusion Foundations was very personal and provided a great experience to learn, reflect and grow.”
“All modules (of this program) are well designed, with so many examples, so it is easy to grasp the sessions.”
“The work assignments embedded in the program sections really helped you understand the concepts, understand how your own experience related to others, and caused you to be more introspective of that living experience.”
