Aleksandra Luboinska

Ola Luboinska (Aleksandra) brings a very high level of facilitation and coaching skills in the diversity, inclusion and intercultural space to the Symmetra team. Combining her diverse training in Sociology, Therapeutic and Social Counselling, Mediation and Conflict Resolution and Drama with her engaging, energetic and empathetic style- she is a dynamic force in the learning and development process in EDI.

She is a specialist in leadership and team development, change and conflict management with a long-term commitment to embedding an inclusive workplace culture. Her focus is on awakening courage and curiosity to create an inclusive environment in complex organisations undergoing change with a core interest in building leadership capability and personal mastery.

Ola has garnered a wealth of experience working with clients who come from diverse backgrounds, organisational levels and industries, where programs have included a fusion of leadership, culture change, business ethics, teambuilding, unconscious bias, inter-cultural negotiation and conflict management. Industries span IT, Telecommunications, Financial Services, Automotive, Chemical, Engineering and Electronics, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical companies and FMCG.

Ola has also designed and delivered multicultural training programs in the USA, China and all over Europe including Eastern and Central Europe.

She works with clients using an approach that is simultaneously challenging and supportive, with a focus on empowering individuals and groups to enhance their performance and enjoy doing it. Developing the capability of leaders has her full attention and spirit hence she has become certified in a range of psychometric instruments or team tools as well, including Symmetra’s Inclusive leadership Index, MBTI and CliftonStrengths Finder.
