Arief had combined sales and human resources experiences during his career in the banking industry. Most of his career involved the retail sales department and human capital strategy for foreign banks and manufacturing companies. Arief’s passion lies in organizational culture and business development. His expertise in managing sales teams and developing cross-selling programs in personal financial services brought him to become a trainer and leader in the learning department. With over 20 years contributing in Sales, Human Capital, and Consulting, Arief has gained a broad spectrum understanding of business and organizational culture.​

Before entering a professional career in banking and training, Arief was a radio broadcaster and grew to become a radio station manager. To this day, he still guest hosts as an announcer for an excellent and inspiring leadership program on a private radio station in the Sumatra region of Indonesia.
