Braedon is a consultant who brings fresh ideas and new approaches to Symmetra. Over 2 years with Symmetra, Braedon has worked extensively across projects around D&I Strategy design, systemic audits & reviews and the development of Inclusive skills workshops for Executive Leaders and key stakeholders.

In his role, Braedon has worked on projects for some of the world’s largest companies across a range of industries and sectors such as: Financial services, Oil & Gas, Law, IT and Telecommunications and Retail. Braedon has consulted with a range of stakeholders to design organisational inclusion strategies and leadership development solutions that enable diversity to drive business outcomes. Braedon has supported clients with their D&I strategy development, leading focus group design and delivery and providing in-depth analysis on the opportunities and key priority interventions to address their D&I gaps.

Braedon joins Symmetra having gained experiences across a broad range of sectors, including Private Equity where Braedon developed working a variety of stakeholders with competing interests. Braedon thus brings an acute understanding of the complexities, demands and dynamics of operating within both small and large corporates and the strategic decision making. This lens provides a very valuable perspective to the way Symmetra shapes its solutions for its local and global clients, from small to large.

Braedon lives in Sydney and runs a small Hospitality business in his free time.
