Caroline Harper Jantuah

Caroline Harper brings to Symmetra and its clients three decades of organisation development consulting experience working with private, public and humanitarian sector organisations across UK, Europe, Africa, Asia and the Americas. Caroline is passionate about collaborating with organisations to create inclusive environments where diverse talent thrives and where leaders feel strong connections between their purpose and values and the work they do. She is a strategic thought partner, facilitator and executive coach with significant inclusion, diversity and culture change experience.

She has worked with a variety of sectors including financial services, management consultancies, pharmaceuticals, housing associations, local government, health services, higher education and the United Nations. Her roles have included strategic HR Business Partner, Director of Organisation Development, as well as Executive Director of a Leadership and Organisation Development business.

For twelve years, she was co-founder and executive director of the Diversity Practice, a UK based consultancy working at the nexus of leadership, organisational change, inclusion and diversity. From 2016 until recently she was with UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency in Geneva, Switzerland, in the role of Senior Inclusion and Diversity Advisor with responsibility for the development and implementation of strategies to attract and retain a more diverse workforce and foster an inclusive work culture. As a result of her work, clients have received recognition for successfully designing and delivering award winning diversity leadership programmes. They value her ability to make connections at a systemic level, simplify complex concepts and to quickly build trusting relationships, skilfully and sensitively delivering sometimes difficult messages and feedback. She is committed to making a meaningful contribution to fostering a more inclusive, purposeful global community of change makers at all levels in society, empowered to lead courageously and with integrity.
