Casey Aladic

Casey is an accomplished Organisational Psychologist who brings experience and knowledge across a wide range of areas to the Symmetra team, including; Organisational Development, Coaching, Mentoring and Career Development, Employee Opinion Surveys, Workplace Advice and Advocacy, Learning & Development, Recruitment and Selection, Change Management, and Human Resources Program Evaluation. She has also begun expanding her knowledge into Workplace Health and Safety including Psychological Safety at work and specialisation in Diversity, Equity, Belonging and Inclusion. In addition Casey has a deep interest in the ethical use of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in the workplace to reduce or eliminate bias in workplace processes.​

Casey has experience working both in internal Organisational Development teams and as a trusted Consultant across a wide range of industries in public, private and not-for-profit sectors. She has managed complex implementation projects with various teams across multiple geographies, and consistently applies her organisational and project management skills to ensure that her projects are delivered efficiently as well as effectively.​

Casey utilises a highly practical ‘person-centred’ and evidence-based approach and applies her strong relationship and stakeholder management skills to consider the end-users at all levels within and outside an organisation. She has managed multiple research programs that were designed to review both organisational and safety related outcomes. She has a true interest in people at work and how to ensure that they can bring the best to their work by ensuring that workplaces are designed and functioning to bring the best out of their people.​

Casey has extensive experience facilitating debriefs, workshops and coaching conversations, leveraging the use of assessment results to advise and coach to improve organisational culture.She has coached and advised employees at all levels to contribute to their best ability to achieve their goals at work.​

Casey holds Fellowships of the Australian Psychological Society College of Organisational Psychologists and Adjunct Fellow Status for her contribution and commitment as an Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Board-Approved Supervisor for Macquarie University Masters of Organisational Psychology students.
