Diana Orejas

Diana Orejas as a certified executive coach, facilitator, trainer and consultant with extensive experience in organizational change and leadership development brings solid and deep expertise to the Symmetra team.  Diana collaborates with multinationals, SMEs, universities, policy makers and multilateral organizations to enhance international competitiveness and performance.

Diana is passionate about promoting innovation and facilitating organizational improvement processes. She regularly designs leadership development interventions, consults and coaches senior teams, delivers global organizational development programs and facilitates strategic renewal processes with Top Management Teams.

Diana has over 20 years of experience managing global projects and working with executives. She has designed and delivered programs for organizations from over a dozen sectors in some 50 countries in Spanish, English, French and Italian. She leads the strategic renewal of a family business group founded by her grandfather and combines business with research activities in the past at the Peterson Institute for International Economics (IIE), a private Washington DC-based think tank.

Diana holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Competitiveness and Economic Development from Deusto Business School; an M.A. in International Relations and International Economics from Johns Hopkins University; and a B.A. in Business and Economics from the University of Navarra. She is an accredited facilitator, coach and change management practitioner and is certified to apply numerous psychometric and management development tools (e.g. Balanced Score Card; MBTI; FIRO-B; HOGAN suite; Leadership Versatility Index; Booth 360 feedback; Emotional and Social Competency Inventory; Intercultural Readiness).
