Stéphanie brings 20 years of global experience across the public and private sector in executive development and personal mastery in the EDI space to the Symmetra team.
She has managed multicultural teams for more than 10 years in the humanitarian sector in fragile and conflict affected contexts. During this period, the importance of integrating diversity and inclusion into building high performing and cohesive teams was front and centre in her endeavours.
With a PhD in organisational communication, she has expert skills in lifting the personal, interpersonal and organisational communication skills of executives and their teams. To achieve this she specialises in executive coaching in organisational and personal transition and change, performance management and communication, leadership development, wellbeing at work and skills assessment supporting career mobility as well as performance.
Empowered as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Federation of Coaching (ICF), she is specialised in e-coaching, e-training and coaching 3.0. She is the founder and director of the first web platform of e-coaching launched in 2011 and has supervised and trained coaches around the world. She developed expertise in designing pathways mixing coaching and training especially with international institutions and corporates. As a consequence Stephanie has become a recognised specialist in designing and facilitating training programs at a distance- so is very adept at something which many trainers are facing at mastering anew.
Stéphanie is certified in Symmetra’s Inclusive leadership Index 360 assessment tool( ILI), MBTI type II , Hogan and in Transactional analysis.
