Heidi is a customer outcomes focused executive with 20 years of progressive experience across various industries. She is skilled in modern techniques like Design Thinking and Agile Frameworks that allow customers to envision the art of the possible. She has a sound understanding of business operations in agile environments and knowing what organisational levers are required to obtain results.

In her capacity as a Project Manager Heidi assumes end to end involvement with client projects from planning and resourcing through to solution execution. Her project management experience includes the launch of first behavioural bank in South Africa ( Discovery Bank ) as well as the “Treating Customer’s Fairly“ mandated rollout throughout Discovery Ltd.

Heidi has worked within private and public sectors within Australia, USA, and South Africa with companies including Discovery Limited, Commonwealth Bank and Investec, and in her role at Symmetra has managed projects throughout APAC, Europe and USA.

As head of Corporate Sustainability for Discovery Bank, Heidi managed the rebuild of Impilo Child protection and Adoption housing ensuring a safer space for abandoned children in Johannesburg.
