Jos Dirkx

World-traveled facilitator and Singularity University Faculty member Jos Dirkx is a two-time founder, best-selling author, global Education, Diversity & Inclusion, and Learning & Development expert. She has delivered keynotes and trainings for Fortune50 companies, MNCs, Education Institutions and governments alike to audiences between 20 and 5,000 people.

Jos knows the ins and outs of the Future of Work, Inclusion, Education, and Safe Spaces. She has advised global clients – ranging from the Government of Colombia, to General Electric, DellEMC, L’Oreal, the Smollan Group and many more. While at IBM, she oversaw a global team spanning five regions and led an extensive strategic, communications and training program that spanned the EMEA region. Her work and approach to Inclusion has changed workplace behavior across five continents. She leverages Artificial Intelligence for the next generation of D&I learning and Jos designs products to deliver effective, sustainable solutions that tackle Diversity & Inclusion and Education challenges.

Jos co-founded Girls & Football SA, an award-winning NGO which received a letter from Former First Lady Michelle Obama. She co-launched mGirls providing health information to over 65,000 girls across South Africa. Jos leverages compassion, connection and data to drive effective programs, workshops and strategies that lead to long-lasting change.
