Jose brings more than 20 years experience working with people and their development, both individually and collectively to the Symmetra team. She is a corporate trainer and facilitator, as well as an executive coach & consultant.

She has extensive experience working in the area of DEI running programs on inclusive leadership, disrupting unconscious bias, respect in the workplace, intercultural awareness, and has led numerous women empowerment and female talent development programs in organizations such as Telefónica, Cellnex, Ubisoft, Allianz to name a few.
She has also designed and implemented leadership programs, communication skills and team building. With companies such as Salesforce, Dell, HP, Nestle, Novartis, Maersk, King.

Her speciality is combining neuro-linguistics, transpersonal psychotherapy and systems thinking to increase the integration and embodiment of both individual and group learning and transformation. She is an expert at creating secure group environments that allow real development and lasting transformation to occur, whilst tapping into the collective intelligence of the groups she works with.

Jose co-founded and ran her own communications agency in the past, which gave her first hand experience at many levels of management, business strategy, human development and communication. She worked on projects with intercultural teams on the 5 continents.

She is native to the UK and has been based in Spain during her adult life. She works in both Spanish and English.
