Nooriya is a highly accomplished facilitator, trainer and executive coach who brings her extensive experience working with diverse leaders across the globe to the Symmetra team.

Born in Zimbabwe, graduating from universities in the UK and Europe, Nooriya assumed many challenging roles in the United Nations over a twenty year period culminating in the role of Chief of Learning and Development. This has built a keen appreciation for the challenges of working with diverse teams and how to design approaches to building the skills of leaders to optimise diverse talent.

Since operating independently over the last eight years based in Kenya, her demonstrated skills as a trainer and coach on topics ranging from Inclusive Leadership to Performance Management and Conflict Management have led to her working with a range of organisations in Europe, the Middle East and across Africa in the non-profit and private sectors.

Facilitating in English and French, Nooriya has conducted many training sessions for leaders and teams on Diversity and Inclusion, Unconscious Bias and Race and Gender.
