Ron Schwartz

Ron is a highly experienced corporate change agent with over 20 years of experience helping leaders, teams and
organizations improve their effectiveness and performance. His work in organizational design and alignment has
extended from mature multinationals to early stage startups, in the US and Australia, in industries such as retail,
financial services, technology and media.

Ron’s core expertise includes Organizational change and alignment, culture shaping, improving team effectiveness
and leadership development. Ron’s fundamental belief that a conversation is the smallest unit of change and when
you have the right conversations with the right people at the right time, you can achieve almost anything.
Successful transformations Ron has worked on include turnarounds of flagging sales, transitioning from start up to
profitable enterprise, rapid growth and international expansion; along with personal transformations of leaders to
support successful organisations and engaged team cultures.

His work with startups and scale ups lead to a role as a content mentor with one of Australia’s leading accelerators,
Slingshot, and a position on the advisory board for an HR Tech startup that helps businesses ‘scale without
breaking’. He is also an active speaker with The Executive Connection (TEC)

When not working or spending time with family, Ron can usually be found cooking in a kitchen somewhere.
