Rosana Rodrigues

Rosana has 22 years of experience in the Human Development field, with great knowledge in leadership development, working as Trainer, Professional Coach and Business Consultant. Her first experience was at Banco Sudameris Brasil, in the Customer Services area. She has worked as a Senior Associate Business Partner, responsible for prospecting clients, generating strategic partnerships, managing projects developing training, publicizing companies through articles and interviews, and conducting individual and team coaching processes. Her mission is to create a favorable and safe space for learning, allowing people to feel free to build meaningful conversations and enhance the relationship between organization and employee. ​

Rosana has worked as a Business and Professional Consultant, as well as an Executive Coach. She was responsible for the development and implementation of the Young Executive Coaching Program. Her work in the DEI space has included consulting to large organizations around “Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging””, “”Diversity at the Workplace and Career”, and “Polarization: How Opposites Create Strength” to name just a few topical areas.​

Rosana has a BS in Psychology and a Post-graduation in HR Management from FAAP. She has na International Coaching Certification from Erickson College in Canada. She has an International Certificate in Master Coaching Program from ICI – Integrated Coaching Institute, Master Practitioner and Trainer in NLP. She was a member of ICF – International Coach Federation in Canada and represented Erickson College (2007) at CSTD Toronto (Canadian Society for Training and Development). She was a Coaching Teacher at FIA-USP post-graduation and at AmBev ́s MBA. She was also a teacher at Business School São Paulo (BSP). ​

Rosana lives in São Paulo with her dogs Phoebe and Bolota.​
