Sergio is an accomplished professional with a strong foundation in academia and a wealth of experience in business operations and process improvement. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, which he earned from Universidad Simón Bolivar in Venezuela. In 2016, Sergio made the decision to immigrate to Argentina to pursue further career growth opportunities. Since then, he has established a remarkable track record in overseeing day-to-day operations, monitoring performance metrics, standardising procedures, and driving continuous improvement projects.

In his recent role as a Business Operations Associate at Blanc Labs, Sergio was responsible for tracking operational metrics, ensuring efficient processes, and assisting with vendor management. He also managed office operations, budgeting, procurement, and internal accounts.

Previously, as the Argentina Health and Benefits Operations Manager at Willis Towers Watson, Sergio led a team, monitored performance, standardised procedures, and implemented a Target Operating Model for optimisation. During his tenure as a Process and Continuous Improvement Specialist, Sergio successfully mapped processes, implemented business metrics, and automated workflows, resulting in significant time savings.
