Simon Varley

Simon is an experienced international HR Executive, Operations Director, Strategist, L&D Professional and business leader who has performed at Executive & Board level for the last 25 years. He has a proven track record of delivering outstanding business and performance improvement results in FTSE 100 companies and International subject matter experts. A wealth of experience in the Financial Services and BPO sectors together with a strong background in Operational Leadership, Project Management, Contract Negotiations, P&L, Learning & Development. He is a well-respected international speaker in the UK, Egypt and South Africa. Simon project managed the World’s largest demutualisation in 1997 allocating shares to 7.5m customers. This was followed in 2004 with the project management of Europe’s largest industrial disease compensation scheme on behalf of the UK Government costing taxpayers over GBP 10bn.

Simon has 18 years consulting with a variety of clients internationally on EDI, Culture, Staff Surveys / Engagements and HR Transformation with an emphasis on strategy and training.

Most recently Simon designed worked with the London Ambulance Service Trust and was highly commended for his work in delivering culture audit and EDI strategy and creating psychological safety that enable deep conversations around culture, gender, thinking styles, religion and sexual orientation that allow clients to co-facilitate and guide programs in inclusion projects in their teams.
