Vera is an Organisational Development professional with over 12 years experience partnering with leaders to enable them and their organizations to thrive. For the past 7 years, Vera has worked as the Head of Talent and Organisational Development at Macquarie Group, where she was responsible for leading and delivering on the diversity and inclusion strategy, and driving talent management, engagement, culture and learning priorities. Previously, Vera has worked as a leadership development consultant at PwC, where she was involved in the development of the Firm’s senior partners.

Vera is based in Sydney with her husband and two young children. She loves exploring beautiful Sydney Harbour by ferry, building elaborate Lego sets with her children, reading and travel. She is fluent in English and Russian.
