Wilson is a facilitator, speaker and human resource management consultant with over 10,000 facilitation hours focusing on improving employee performance. He has nearly 30 years of corporate experience working in China in various multinational companies.
His last corporate role was Vice President in Talent Development and Diversity & Inclusiveness at Morgan Stanley. During his 10-year tenure at Morgan Stanley, he successfully advised the firm’s China leadership team to formulate DEI strategies, integrated DEI in key people processes and increased female representativeness across business divisions.
Before Morgan Stanley, Wilson worked for J&J, HSBC and Novartis and mainly focused in HR and Marketing management areas.
Wilson has a bachelor degree in History and MBA from Fudan University. He is a certified psychological counselor.
He has been described as data driven, practical and engaging.
Wilson is based in Shanghai and lives with his partner and their daughter.
