Racial and Ethnic Inclusion

Achieving racial and ethnic inclusion is a complex task that requires addressing preconceptions of race and ethnicity, and embedded racism and inequitable treatment. Symmetra’s roots in building racial and ethnic inclusion trace back to its founder Heather Price’s work for many years with her team in helping to dismantle apartheid in the South African workplace 1994 to 2003 .
