Our brains tend to categorise people as “us” and “them” when we perceive differences. This unconscious bias can result in exclusion for individuals with disabilities and as such, it is crucial we address this bias in order to create a truly inclusive workplace culture.

Recognise how an ableist mindset creates barriers for people with disability
Explain how attitude and choices can enable or disable others
Overcome bias and barriers to access and inclusion
