Diversity of Thought refers to the different perspectives, knowledge and problem solving tools each of us bring to the workplace – you could also think of this as our different mental toolkits.
In this module, we’ll explore what the research tells us about diverse teams and how they lead to more creative and innovative solutions. We’ll also look closely at how to reduce cognitive overlap within your team to encourage fresh new perspectives to help you get the diversity bonus.
