Flexible work is now very common, largely due to the COVID-19 pandemic which revolutionised how we work. More than 70% of people want companies to have flexible work policies. For example, Jobs that offer flexible options get 77% more interest from Gen Z. The big question now is not IF we can work flexibly, but how to do it well.
