Course overview
Did you know that you have a legal obligation to ensure that your behaviour doesn’t adversely affect the health and safety of others?
It sounds pretty straight forward and for the most part it is, but did you know that you might be breaking the law without even realising it? Human interactions can be complex, so not every situation will be black and white, and this is why it’s important that we understand what and who the law protects, and what you can do if you experience or witness bullying and / or harassment.
