In this module, we’ll explore why anti-discrimination laws were introduced, and what you must do to ensure you do not breach these laws, even if you didn’t intend to.
We’ll also explore what you can do if you experience or observe discrimination in the workplace or if you feel victimised for speaking up.
By the end of this module, you will be able to:

Identify acts of discrimination in your workplace

Distinguish between direct and indirect discrimination

Know how and when to speak up if you witness or experience discrimination

Recognise if you or others are being victimised for speaking up and take steps to report it
