Becoming a racial ally involves actively helping and supporting fair treatment and opportunities for colleagues from different racial backgrounds.
It’s about taking steps to make sure everyone feels included at work. This isn’t just the job of leaders or HR; everyone, at all levels within an organisation, needs to get involved.
